YOGA


There are many different types of yoga, all with special canons which guide the practice. I have tried and continue to try many of them.

With the popularization of yoga throughout the world, yoga studios, teachers, workshops and trainings are popping up everywhere. While information about yoga and its lineage and philosophies are easily found and referenced, there is no substitution for studying with an experienced practitioner and teacher.

Every year, I continue my education to deepen my practice and understanding in my body. Ultimately my focus is on form and flow, strongly integrating alignment principles from Iyengar and rhythmic flow from Vinyasa; this blend makes each class unique and adaptable to meeting you and your body where they are.


PILATES


Pilates fundamentals are based upon concentration, control, centering, precision, breathing, alignment, flow, and integration. All of which is intended to increase the mind-body connection. It incorporates core strength, muscle stability, mobility, and balance for a full-body workout.


BARRE


Barre is an inspired movement based on dance, yoga, pilates, and strength training. It is an accumulation of both cardio and strength endurance that is sure to create energy and vitality in the body. The flow of class can vary from slow and steady to more of a HIIT-styled regime. Get ready to shake!

MEDITATION & BREATHWORK


Meditation and breathwork more times than not, go hand in hand. The health benefits of these practices have been celebrated for years across generations of different cultures.


Meditation can increase focus and contribute in profound ways to how we live our lives. Breathwork can aid in the concentration and rhythm of the flow.

Meditation is a way to take a personal timeout to create mental and emotional space for the things that matter most to us. And while the breathwork can add to this, it can also be learned separately and applied to other disciplines and sports.

By teaching simple techniques and digestible philosophy to remove the barrier to entry, I am able to provide an accessible way for all to profit from learning to calm the crazy.

FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY


So let me start by explaining what fascia is. When you look at an orange cut in half, you see the skin and the segments. What connects each segment to one another, and to the skin, is a wonderful analogy for fascia; a connective tissue that encapsulates muscles, organs, and ultimately holds everything in place.


Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a new method of effective, long-lasting therapy for your body. It is a one-of-a-kind practice of assisted mobility and stretching, which encourages improved flexibility and physical performance.

Because FST is administered one-on-one between therapist and client this service is only available in person.
