All sessions are virtual through Zoom, Skype, or Facetime and last 60 minutes unless noted otherwise.

In-person sessions are available if we happen to be in the same city.

All sessions have the option to be recorded, with the exception of facilitating and mentorship and fascial stretch therapy. For duets, both parties must consent.

Notes will be taken and shared digitally with the client to track the progress.

The recorded class are for self-practice and are not to be shared. Videos to be downloaded are only available for download for one week before they are deleted from the cloud. All copyrights belong to Lauren Battaglia and The Limber Life, LLC.

Expiration dates start from the day of purchase. Single sessions have a 30-day expiration, 5 packs have a 90-day expiration, and 10 packs have a 180-day expiration.

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds for packages or private sessions. Please be aware of expiration dates on all purchases as they may vary depending on the type of package, or session that is purchased.

All cancellations of appointments require a notice of 48-hours in order for the session to be saved and remain in the client’s account. Anything under 48-hours will result in a loss of the session. For duet sessions, if one person no-shows or late cancels, the remaining person's appointment is automatically updated to a single private unless early canceled.
